Rates
NZ$250 per room night
NZ$230 per room night for five nights or more
Children under the age of 5 are free of charge, from 5-12 NZ$20 per night
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by return e-mail (or in some cases facsimile).
PAYMENT
We accept VISA and MasterCard for payment, regretfully our bank does not have facilities for other cards. A 30% advance deposit is required to secure your accommodation.Your card will be charged for the balance a week prior to arrival.
GOVERNMENT TAX
All rates at Aitutaki Seaside Lodges include 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT)
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be acknowledged by email/fax from Aitutaki Seaside Lodges.
Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows:
1. More than 45 days prior to expected arrival date, attracts no charge
2. Between 45 and 31 days of expected arrival date: 20% of booking
3. Between 30 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 1 night's fee
4. Within 15 days of expected arrival: 2 nights' fee
5. No show: full payment

Situated beachfront on the Aitutaki lagoon, these three newly appointed Cook Islands accommodation bungalows offer the perfect island destination for a memorable holiday. Your hosts Solo and Roro Solomona look forward to welcoming you soon to your dream holiday on beautiful Aitutaki, Cook Islands.
Famous for its rich turquoise waters, unspoiled islets, white sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets, Aitutaki is 220km north of Rarotonga, the capital of the Cook Islands.The Cook Islands are siituated in the South West Pacific Ocean between French Polynesia and the Samoas.
All accommodation bungalows feature a wide and spacious deck with quality Devon outdoor furniture including cane chairs. Between the months of July to December, whale watching can be a regular activity right from your deck. The interior has a cool/warm air conditioning system, comfortable queen size bed and bedside lamps, cane lounge and coffee table, bar stools, JVC home cinema, 21inch television, mini compact system and a fire extinguisher. Also, all doors and windows are fitted with insect screens.
The kitchens feature a refrigerator/freezer, sink, ceramic cook top, wall oven, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, electric jug, blender, and quality crockery/utensils/glassware.
The bathrooms have a clear glass shower enclosure, vanity unit, hot water system, dryer, scale, and a first-aid- kit.
