Are-a Matatui comprises two new spacious luxury tropical homes on the Aitutaki beach at Amuri, set in beautiful tropical gardens and lawns.
The homes have modern amenities but retain a traditional Polynesian flavor in its décor including the use of local timbers and art. Huge verandahs face the Aitutaki lagoon with day beds to laze on and enjoy the stunning views of the lagoon.
Both houses have 2 bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped modern kitchens.
All louvered windows are designed to catch the cool breezes and have insect screens.
All rooms have ceiling fans. There are rain water tanks and solar water heaters.
Great for family reunions and groups of friends, sleeps 8 very comfortably, in two seperate beahfront units.
