Welcome to Black Pearl Deep Sea Fishing Charters.
Deep Sea Fishing: Morning and afternoon trips (share), or book a half or full day private charter if you want all the action to yourself.
Within 10 minutes of leaving the Aitutaki wharf you can be deep sea fishing for yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi, wahoo and more on our unsinkable 7.5m aluminium pontoon boat. Casting for our famous GTs is also an option if you have the arms for it. We carry all safety equipment incl GPS/chart plotter, VHF, EPIRB, life jackets, cell phone and fire extinguisher. A flush toilet is also on board.
Experience is not required and all fishing equipment supplied. (Shimano Tiagra 50s, Penn International 50s and TLD 25s.) Breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, coffee and cold drinks are also provided.
Spearfishing: Half and full day charters available.
Aitutaki Spearfishing charters to suit individual and group requirements. Spearfish the Aitutaki FADs for mahi-mahi, wahoo, yellow fin tuna, sailfish and marlin or spear closer to the reef for all your reef species including Giant trevally, Dog tooth tuna and wahoo. If the ocean is not for you there are plenty of spear fishing opportunities within the lagoon. The lagoon is warm and visibility endless with a number of nice eating table fish to be caught in only a few metres of water.
Experience is required for spearfishing at the FADs and in some places closer to the reef, however, for beginners there are a number of locations within the lagoon to learn before taking to the ocean.
A local guide will be provided for individuals spearing alone and a safety boat and skipper will shadow at all times.
Morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea, coffee and cold drinks are also provided. Some guns and equipment are available for beginners.

Best months (May-August).
